Every player under the age of 18 on 1st September for each new season comes under the criteria for Family Membership

The parent/guardian of any Mini/Youth players (under 18 on 1st September) must also complete a Medical consent form for all playing children to be submitted to their age group administrator.

WORD and PDF versions of the membership and medical consent forms can be completed and passed to your age group admins as appropriate.

Families also have to affiliate with the RFU through their GMS system

The RFU provide a range of support information including how to complete Age Grade registration (affiliation) as well as how to renew it for those who have already registered
You and your chil(ren) must be affiliated to TJs through the RFU/GMS system to enable you/them to participate fully in TJ rugby

Payment can be made by Direct Debit either monthly (12 monthly payments for a whole season) or annually
