Membership cards
Membership cards will be required in order to enjoy the benefits included in the membership benefits package

A membership card will be issued in person when signing up, or can be collected in the clubhouse Membership cards cannot be sent by post

Each membership card is for the personal use of the signed-up member and is not transferable

Family memberships will receive one card as a matter of course and can request a second card if required due to personal circumstances

Notes about Direct Debit payments
Direct Debit is the clubs preferred method of receiving subscription monies as they simplify admin for the club and are convenient for our members. There are a few points to note to ensure smooth processing.

Under BACS rules, we have to wait a minimum number of days between registration of the DD and first collection. This means that all new Direct Debits must be submitted with the payer’s bank 10 days prior to the due date (the date on which payments will be debited from your account).

For Monthly DD will take your first payment on the 1st of the following month providing you complete the DD instruction by the 20th of the preceding month - please therefore adjust the first payment to cover any additional payments to account for this.

If you are a Family Member and want to buy a 1st XV Season Ticket, then please contact the Membership Secretary to arrange payment or pay online through own bank. There is no DD option for Family membership plus Season ticket.
