The 1st July is the official date for when Members can get themselves sorted for the new season both through registering/renewing through the RFU/GMS system and putting plans in place to ensure that their TJ Membership(s) are ready to go for the season itself come August/September.
The Club has kept Membership subscriptions unchanged again so no increases have been made re your Membership for the 2025-26 season
Family Members - those with child(ren) playing in the Under 6 through to Academy age groups must
RENEW their registration and affiliation through the RFU/GMS system - if you do not then you won't be able to train/play at TJs
If you are a
NEW Family member then register with RFU/GMS online Senior Players should also
RENEW their RFU/GMS registration for the new season
If you are a
NEW player then register with the RFU/GMS Membership with TJs is a separate requirement for Families, Players and Non Players. Payment is best made through Direct Debit but other options are available. Payment is
not made through the RFU/GMS service
If you pay through Direct Debit already, and did not limit/adjust the number of payments, then your DD will continue and you need do nothing
If your circumstances have changed for example an extra child now playing, you will need to cancel your existing DD and set up a new one
Similarly if you limited/adjusted your DD then you'll need to set up a new one as appropriate
If you are unsure about anything to do with Membership then please
contact Adam Hookway, Membership Secretary before trying to make any changes - this is especially true re RFU/GMS service where going it alone can cause problems
