About the team
Welcome to the U6s! This team is for our youngest players (children born between September 2019 and August 2021) and it’s all about introducing them to rugby in the most fun, friendly, and supportive way possible.
At this age, we’re not worrying about tackles or tries, we’re laying the foundations for a lifelong love of the game. Through running, catching, playing, and laughing together, we begin teaching the core values of rugby: Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship.
Why bring your child along?
- Safe, age-appropriate activities
- Builds confidence, coordination, and social skills
- Introduces teamwork and communication in a fun way
- Welcoming sessions, no rugby experience or knowledge needed! (From players or parents!)
Sessions are energetic and informal...and usually muddy! Come along, give it a go, and watch your little one thrive both on and off the pitch.
