To establish Tonbridge Juddians RFC as one of Kent’s best performing Rugby Clubs both on and off the field with the aim of playing rugby at National level by providing a centre and culture of excellence both on and off the pitch, to ensure minis and juniors of both genders plus senior women and men players all achieve their highest potential.

To ensure the clubs ethos of commitment, loyalty, belief and respect is aspired to at all times. By ensuring all members, players and guests are dealt with equally and without prejudice, treating others as we would wish to be treated.
