As a warm-up for the new rugby season we will again be hosting our very own TJs Autumn Beer Festival down at the club. Held in the warm (and dry) clubhouse, whatever the weather! If previous years are anything to go back it should be a cracking weekend with plenty of delicious ales to savour and exciting World Cup Rugby on the TV.

A mouth-watering selection of 20+ cask ales will be available to sample, plus some real ciders and perrys for those so inclined. TJs very own Beer Somelier Chris Hardwick is searching high & low for some interesting ales for the festival, with some due to appear for the first time at the club.
Plus Cider Bill will be on-hand to guide the uninitiated through the finer points of cider drinking.

The fun starts on Friday 22nd September at 5pm (until 11pm) and continues on Saturday 23rd Sept from 12 noon to 11pm.
Entrance is Free and all beers and ciders are £4.40 per pint (purchase with tokens) with a souvenir glass yours for only £2.50 – or simply opt for the Starter Pack offer.

The 2023 Rugby World Cup gets underway in September so there is a chance to watch a game or two on the large screen TVs (England play Chile at 5.45pm on Saturday 23rd but that will take second billing to TJs IIs playing at home against Hastings in the afternoon!)).
So make sure to put the dates in your diary and get down to TJs for some top quality ales!
