Spring has now Sprung - will TJs do the same

7th March 2018

A weekend off means everyone is chomping to get back into some TJ rugby it seems.

The 1st XV head to Old Redcliffians in a south westerly direction having missed out on a home game against Broadstreet last saturday. That postponed game is now rescheduled for Saturday 17th March. Both KO at 2.30pm

TJs lie 8th in N2S and Reds are 14th but this is an incredibly tight league again and the Reds only just missed out 19-24 against Chinnor in their last game so anything can happen.

It's not our first visit to Old Reds as we headed their way back in May 2010 for an Intermediate Cup game which they edged in a titanic battle to bring to an end an impressive 40+ TJ game winning streak

The 2s and 3s are also in action although opponents and venues are yet to be confirmed.

On Sunday the TJs Pink Ladies lock horns with third placed Old Albanians in WCSE2 at The Slade with a 2pm KO. A BIG game for TJs as they look for a win so your touchline support would be very much welcome

Also on Sunday the Minis will be mixing it up between the Vizards 3G and The Slade whilst the U12s head to OEs, the U13s are now at home training as 7Oaks have pulled the game and the U14s have a 10.30 KO at home to Canterbury. The U15s are down for training whilst the U17s take on Whitstable or Beccs plus a French touring side in a 10s competition. Sacre Bleu!

Of the field don't forget ......
