Time To Shine

11th January 2018

Both 1st XVs are on the road this weekend with the Men travelling to Henley Hawks for Week 18 in National 2 South on Saturday and the TJs Pink Ladies off to Lewes on Sunday in WCSE2

TJs won the home tie against the Hawks 20-14 and they both have 9 wins under their belts but TJs are 10th and Henley 6th which shows what a tight division this one is again proving to be. Just 5 points separate them in the table. TJs have won their last 3 whilst the hosts ahve lost to Cinderford (34-6) and Chinnor (28-33) in their last two games. Plenty to play for then on a first visit to Henley and KO is billed as 3pm

TJs Pink Ladies will be looking to start 2018 on a winning foot as they take on Lewes. The Ladies won 41-33 back at The Slade in October but they are 4 points behind their hosts in the table. A win would do very nicely indeed

Also on Sunday we have the U17s taking on Beccs in their Kent League decider.  Unbeaten so far the squad need a bonus point win to take the title and they KO at Noon on the 1st XV pitch

Off the field there is also a lot for all TJs to look forward to in January and beyond
