Subscriptions are set by the Management Committee. Our aim is to keep the payments as simple as possible and affordable for all whether you are a regular player, parent/guardian or just starting out in senior rugby.
The rates for 2016/17 are as follows
Senior Player - £180
Student Player (Over 18 and Under 23 on 1st September 2016 and in education) - £120
Family - £180 Family membership applies to all Mini/Youth players and covers up to 2 playing children
Additional playing children - £30 for each additonal child
NB - If the parent/guardian of a Mini/Youth player is a Senior Playing Member then their Playing sub covers the mini/youth membership as well
Non Playing membership - £75
Non Playing membership PLUS Season Ticket (free access to all 1st XV home league games) - £115
To help members pay their subs we provide an online facility (see below) whereby you can set up either an annual or monthly Direct Debit payment – this will help the Club to collect the monies efficiently and effectively whilst also giving monthly payers the benefit of spreading their payments across a 12 month period.
Note - if you have more than 2 playing children and wish to pay monthly then please contact the Membership Secretary to arrange
To maximise the benefits associated with Direct Debit payments we would ask as many members as possible to use this method
How to join
We are keen to reduce costs and simplify the process of membership application. Paying online and submitting the necessary forms has never been easier although you can still pay by cash, cheque or even by chip & pin on any weekend (Sept onward).
The Membership forms are available either to download from the site or from the Membership Secretary at 2 Heathview, Holden Road, Southborough, Tunbridge Wells Kent TN4 0QE.
Senior Player and Non Player form
The parent/guardian of any Mini/Youth players (under 18 on 1st September 2016) should also complete a Medical consent form for each or all playing children to be submitted to their age group administrator. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL the Medical Consent forms. They should be completed and handed them to your age group admin.
NB - if you are interested in applying for International tickets for England home internationals (Autumn & 6 Nations) then make sure you also apply for 200 Club Membership, which gives you priority over ordinary Club Member applications, and download an International Ticket application form as well - just as simple and even more fun
Membership is only obtained by completing a membership form. Once completed it can be posted/handed to the Membership Secretary either at the Club or at 2 Heathview, Holden Road, Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 0QE. Please do not email forms unless with prior agreement of the Membership Secretary.
Payment can be made as follows
You can pay the full amount or make monthly payments – just select the link and complete the requested details before submitting.
Please note that the Monthly DD will take your first payment on the 1st of the following month providing you complete the DD instruction by the 20th of the preceding month - please therefore adjust the first payment to cover any additional payments to account for this.
The Direct Debit form clearly states the date of the first payment so please do make the appropriate adjustment to the First payment to account for this
NB - under BACS rules, we have to wait a minimum number of days between registration of the DD and first collection. This means that all new Direct Debits must be submitted with the payer’s bank 10 days prior to the due date (the date on which payments will be debited from your account).
Online via your own account with payment to Tonbridge Juddians RFC, NatWest at 130 High Street, Tonbridge, Sort code 60-21-28, Account Number 55058868
Please complete your online payment quoting Our Reference - Subs/Your Name/P-SP-NP-NPST-F-F+1,2 etc-200C as appropriate (see table above). Once the online payment has been made then email the Membership Secretary details (date etc) of online payment.

Chip & Pin - available in the Clubhouse from September onwards
