Payment of subscriptions

Payment of membership subscriptions, season tickets and 200 Club can be made as follows:

Annual or Monthly Direct Debit payment – our preferred method, as this will help the Club to collect the monies efficiently and effectively whilst also giving monthly payers the benefit of spreading their payments across a 12 month period

Senior players can select the DD option which also includes match fees

Note - if you have chosen to join the 99 Club DD is not a payment option.

Online with payment to Tonbridge Juddians RFC, NatWest at 130 High Street, Tonbridge, Sort code 60-21-28, Account Number 55058868. Please include “Subs” and membership type/age group code as the Payee reference. Once payment has been made, please notify the membership secretary by email, specifying the date of payment.

Note - if you have chosen to join the 99 Club please ntoe the payment details provided on that specific membership form

By cheque payable to TJRFC and handed to the Membership Secretary or any member of the Management Committee or Team Captain/Age Group Manager. Please write the name and membership type/age group details on the reverse of the cheque.

Chip & Pin - available in the Clubhouse from September onwards

If anyone has any questions then please contact the Membership Secretary

Membership subscriptions are vital for funding the running costs of TJRFC and all members are encouraged to pay their subscriptions promptly. However, in cases of real financial hardship please speak to your age group coach/admin or captain/coach or contact the Membership Secretary to discuss in confidence.

Membership cards

Membership cards will be required in order to enjoy the benefits included in the membership benefits package

A membership card will be issued in person when signing up, or can be collected in the clubhouse Membership cards cannot be sent by post

Each membership card is for the personal use of the signed-up member and is not transferable

Family memberships will receive one card as a matter of course and can request a second card if required due to personal circumstances

Notes about Direct Debit payments

Direct Debit is the clubs preferred method of receiving subscription monies as they simplify admin for the club and are convenient for our members. There are a few points to note to ensure smooth processing.

Under BACS rules, we have to wait a minimum number of days between registration of the DD and first collection. This means that all new Direct Debits must be submitted with the payer’s bank 10 days prior to the due date (the date on which payments will be debited from your account).

For Monthly DD will take your first payment on the 1st of the following month providing you complete the DD instruction by the 20th of the preceding month - please therefore adjust the first payment to cover any additional payments to account for this.

If you are a Family Member and want to buy a 1st XV Season Ticket, then please contact the Membership Secretary to arrange payment or pay online through own bank. There is no DD option for Family membership plus Season ticket.
