Registration morning and Gum Shield fitting - Sunday 12th September

Come along and register your membership this Sunday. ALL Mini players must be registered before they can be allowed to train/play. Registration requires completion of both a membership and medical consent form plus the £100 family membership fee. Forms can be downloaded - see top menu bar.

Total Orthodontics will also be on hand from Noon onwards to offer all TJs a special gum shield fitting service
